Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

At this time, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

In case of a damaged product, wrong product or a manufacturing error, we offer refund if you contact us within 5 days of product delivery. Please email us at customercare@littleteddys.com  and provide a clear photo showing the issue. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as customized products) . Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
